Registered Dietitian - Outpatient nutrition counseling 

Employee W2 position, paid hourly 

Part-time position ; hybrid 

Feed & Flourish Nutrition Therapy, LLC (F&F) is a weight inclusive nutrition counseling group practice specializing in the treatment of disordered eating, eating disorders, chronic dieting, and body image healing. Clinicians at F&F either meet with clients virtually (in NH, MA, ME, VT) or at the Windham, NH office location. F&F values a collaborative approach with other healthcare practitioners to support the client to reach recovery, whatever that recovery may look like for that specific client. Clinicians at F&F utilize a non-diet approach to nutrition counseling, and incorporate principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® with all clients. Clinicians at Feed & Flourish Nutrition Therapy treat all bodies of all sizes, shapes, genders, sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Position Details:

The purpose of this position is to expand the current clinical staff to increase client capacity for the practice.  This dietitian will be employed (W2) by the company and will need to complete necessary paperwork for employment. This position is a hybrid position, requesting that the dietitian be present in the office at least one to two day(s) per week, and work remotely other days. This position is part-time with anticipated 15-20 client-facing hours per week. 

The dietitian will be responsible for comprehensive treatment needs, including but not limited to: 

  • Conducting medical nutrition therapy (MNT) using evidenced-based recommendations to provide ethical care for clients during initial assessment and regular follow-up nutrition counseling sessions 

  • Providing necessary documentation for all sessions and correspondence in a timely manner

  • Collaborating with rest of treatment team (i.e. PCP, therapist, treatment centers, etc.) as appropriate and necessary for effective treatment 

  • Engaging in continuing education to support clinician growth and reflection 

  • Attending weekly virtual team meetings with rest of the F&F team

Requirements:

  • Dietitian credentialed via the Commission of Dietetics Registered (CDR) 

  • Licensed in the state of NH and in state of which dietitian is located if remote (licensed in other states is an added bonus)

  • At least 1-2 years experience treating eating disorders at any level of care 

  • Alignment with weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size® paradigm 

  • Knowledge of intuitive eating principles and non-diet approach 

  • Hybrid position - In office 1-2 days per week with remote work other days; office is located in Windham, NH

Compensation is hourly and based on qualifications and experience.
